Even as he approached his fifties, his dedication to education remained undiminished. He was selected as a Dongfang Scholar and pursued advanced studies at Peking University in Beijing, China, widely regarded as the country’s leading university. There, he studied alongside distinguished scholars and professionals from 55 countries, gaining deeper insights into China’s systems of governance.
